In addition to practical experience, you can graduate with a degree, a CIPD Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and the CMI’s Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
Membership also provides you with access to the institutes’ resources and the opportunity to network with senior professionals and executives.
You can choose to take this course either full-time or part-time. You also have the option to exit the course early, graduating with a postgraduate certificate or diploma in HRM.
Working in a class with a mix of full-time, part-time and international students who are working as HRM professionals will help give you further context, knowledge of cultures and industries as experiences are shared.
